Self-isolating at home means staying fit and active is more important than ever to build a strong immune system and stay healthy. Not only that, regular physical activity is proven to combat stress and provide mental health benefits.

To support our valued customers and members in staying active without access to gyms and recreational facilities, we’ve teamed up with global group fitness experts LES MILLS to provide you with unlimited, complimentary access to LES MILLS On Demand service.

We’ve emailed our customers and members your exclusive 60 day access, so you and your family can do a range of workouts anywhere, anytime, on almost any device during closures.

LES MILLS On Demand offers over 800 of your favourite workouts across 13 categories. You can work out with classic programs such as BODYPUMP™ and BODYCOMBAT™, do mindfulness exercises, yoga and even dedicated programs to get the kids active.

Workouts range from 15 to 55 minutes and there are options for all fitness levels, with and without equipment.

Right now, more than ever, your health, fitness and wellbeing should be a top priority. It is really important that you keep exercising, eating well and getting enough sleep. Maintaining a routine, especially during times of change, is really important. So if you currently wake up to workout first thing in the morning, keep that up. Does being at home now give you the opportunity to pick up a lunchtime workout? Make the most of this by scheduling in a class of your choice at the same time each day.

Exercise is proven to support your immune system, lower stress levels and improve your mental health. LES MILLS On Demand will provide you with the classes you are used to – plus much more – so that you can maintain your fitness routine while facilities are closed.

“Exercise is also unique in that it can boost our mental health, and during this anxious time it’s more important than ever to keep our minds clear and focused.” ESSA (Exercise & Sports Science Australia).

We hope you enjoy staying active at home – together let’s keep connected, keep well and keep fit.
