Swimming Backstroke

At the Y, proper technique is a fundamental learning block in all of our Learn to Swim programs.

Even when you don’t have access to a pool, did you know that you can still learn about and practice proper swimming technique at home?

Our team at the Y Victoria put together an awesome video of tips for swimming backstroke and ways that you can practice at home during this time, including exercises for proper armstroke technique.

If you want to freshen up on your swimming skills, then click play on the video to learn more!
