YMCA Squad Programs

Our squad programs are built around inspiring and empowering young people to continue to develop their skills, confidence and self-awareness in a positive, safe, support and fun environment.

From our head coach…

“As a coach I exist to inspire, positively influence and support athletes in their journey both in-and-out of the pool to succeed in the sport of swimming as well as life. It’s not about the medals and podiums – it’s about instilling and nurturing the foundations for success.”    – Amanda Punch
