Levels and classes

Pre-School – Aqua Play (Launch into learning)

Our Aqua Play program is a non-structured, free play introduction into water for both you and your child; including lots of fun activities for children to explore and learn the different ways to safely enjoy the water in preparation for their future learn-to-swim journey.

Casual Sessions

Tuesdays and Thursday 10am to 12pm – bookings not required.

Price

$6.00 per session; you’re welcome to continue to enjoy our facility post conclusion of the session at no extra charge.

 

School age – Learn to Swim Program…


Beginner Program…

Tadpole | Octopus | Goldfish

The beginner program aims to develop confidence and independence in shallow and deep water as well as introducing the foundations of Freestyle and Backstroke.

 

 


Intermediate Program

Sardine | Flying Fish | Salmon

The intermediate program builds upon the solid technical foundations of Freestyle (including side breathing), Backstroke and Survival Backstroke focusing on stroke development and execution. This program offers an introduction to Breaststroke, with focus on correct kick action.

 


Advanced Program

Tuna | Shark

The advanced program continues to focus on stroke development and technique across all competitive strokes and survival strokes whilst preparing students to continue their enjoyment and journey beyond learn-to-swim.

 

 


Adult Learn to Swim

We hold our adult swimming lessons from 6.30pm to 7pm Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, please see below:

Introduction to Swimming – Mondays.  Ideal for those new to swimming

Intermediate Level  – Tuesdays.  Swimmers looking to improve stroke technique and efficiency to swim up to 50m continuous

Beginner Level  – Wednesdays.  Swimmers who can already confidently swim 10-15m continuous

Adult Lesson Passes:

  • 5 Lesson Pass: $75
  • 10 Lesson Pass: $140
