The Skate Park Leagues (SPL) is an all-inclusive national series of grass roots skate park events for all levels in Skateboarding, BMX, Scooter and Roller.  The free community events bring friends and families together to celebrate action sports culture.  The events provide ‘all levels’ a platform to compete just for fun, or for those who are more serious about competitive action sports.  Competitors can compete in SPL events around the State and accrue points for the Tasmanian State qualifying round of the Australian Skateboarding League (ASL) yearly comp.

The ASL National finals are held in Melbourne each year and is the largest Skateboarding competition in Australia.  The National ASL points logged ‘The Boardr’ global ranking are can assists with Australian Olympic selection.

The Y Action Sports staff and Volunteers run these events in partnership with local councils and a long list of sponsors and partners.
