All Aboard sessions are inclusive and accessible skateboarding workshops that provide children and young people the opportunity to learn and build skills in skateboarding. Our workshops are led by experienced instructors to create a fun environment that involves games with a social focus.
During an All Aboard session, children and young people build confidence by learning about skate skill development, injury prevention, skate park etiquette and equipment maintenance. Each session generally runs for an hour and caters for beginners to intermediates.

Competitors can compete in SPL events around the State and accrue points for the Tasmanian State qualifying round of the Australian Skateboarding League (ASL) yearly comp.
The ASL National finals are held in Melbourne each year and is the largest Skateboarding competition in Australia. The National ASL points logged ‘The Boardr’ global ranking are can assists with Australian Olympic selection.
The Y Action Sports staff and Volunteers run these events in partnership with local councils and a long list of sponsors and partners.
Each lesson session is held on mini skate park features such as small quarter pipes, banks, kickers, rail and boxes. Run by qualified Skate Aust coaches. Jam sessions are a great chance for people to try out skateboarding or simply to learn new skills.
