Youth Gym Sessions

A great way for youth aged 12 to 17 to work out under qualified guidance to gain physical strength, cardiovascular fitness and personal confidence for only $7 per week.

Training sessions held weekdays between 3pm and 5.30pm.

Membership includes:

  • Weekly Youth Fitness Class ­ BoxFit, Spin, Circuit
  • Free Weights, Cardio, RPM Studio, Functional Training
  • Initial orientation and introduction to gym by PT.
  • Individualised program based on your sport or goals
  • Qualified personal trainer on hand

$7 PER WEEK (off-peak student membership rate)
