Youth Gym Sessions

A great way for youth aged 12 to 17 to work out under qualified guidance to gain physical strength, cardiovascular fitness and personal confidence.

Training sessions held weekdays between 3pm and 5.30pm.

Membership includes:

  • Free Weights, Cardio, RPM Studio, Functional Training
  • Initial orientation and introduction to gym by PT.
  • Individualised program based on your sport or goals
  • Qualified personal trainer on hand

$7 PER WEEK (off-peak student membership rate)
