  • Zumba — A fast paced high energy class with modern Latin dance music that will get your heart pounding and hips moving.
  • Zumba Gold – Perfect for active older adults or new participants who are looking for a modified Zumba class that recreates the original moves you love with a lower impact
  • Pilates — A blend of strength & flexibility training that improves posture, reduces stress, and core stability.
  • BEAT Pilates – By holding, pulsing and stretching, we elongate, lift and reshape multiple muscle groups including your thighs, butt and abs!
  • Yoga — A class creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. Suitable for all fitness levels.
  • Core Balance – Work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercises. You will get also get into some hip, butt and lower back work.
  • Box Fit — Boxing classes are a great way to improve fitness whilst contributing to weight loss and overall body strength.
  • Fit Ball — Build strength, tone, coordination and stability while having a great time. Suitable for beginners to advanced.
  • Circuit — Build strength and muscular endurance while using free weights, body weight, and machines.
  • STRONG by Z – A music led interval class designed to get the most out of your workout through cardio and strength exercises
  • SpinBox – A high intensity class combining half spin, half boxing. Targetting all muscles for a high fat burning cardio workout
  • Small Group Training – low impact exercises to strengthen the whole body. work with weights, fitballs and body weight exercises to improve your fitness
  • Specific Small Group Training – A 30 minute express workout to get the most out of your workout in the shortest amount of time. Individualised to your specific goals.
  • PrYme Active — Cardio & strength based activities for people new to exercise and particularly those 50+.
  • *Healthy Hearts – (charges apply) – low to moderate intensity exercise program, developed by the Heart Foundation for people who are living with health conditions.
  • LesMills® BodyPump — Feel the burn as you rep out, sculpt and tone your muscles using weights.
