AQUA FIT (AQUA AEROBICS)
This is a high energy workout to help you get fit and stay that way. It’s also great for muscle strength and endurance.

AQUA ZUMBA
Aqua Zumba incorporates dance and fitness moves and makes it fun for anyone who wants to exercise in the water. Accompanied by fun, upbeat music, Aqua Zumba makes exercising seem like a ‘pool party’.

The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Because of the resistance of the water the movements will be slower than they would be on land but they can still be just as intense.

The Zumba goal is simple:  We want you to work out, to love working out and to get hooked

Participants must be aged 16 years or over unless accompanied by a parent/guardian (ages 14 & 15).

PRYME MOVERS
This is a lower intensity workout designed to help you get back into good health. Ideal for pregnant woman, older adults, and people returning from an injury or who have a renewed enthusiasm for exercise!
