We understand this news may be concerning or frustrating for many people who rely on our programs and/or maintain their health and wellness at the centre.
The YMCA would like to thank our members, visit pass holders, swim students, loyal customers and groups for their support over the past few years. It has been our sincere pleasure to manage the facility on behalf of OneCare and provide programs and services for the local community.
Please be assured that we will be offering full refunds to customers for any pre-paid services/memberships.

The YMCA would like to thank our members, visit pass holders, swim students, loyal customers and groups from the local community for their support and patience with centre closures due to the impact of COVID-19.
As you may be aware, some centres have still not reopened which has caused some frustration for the people who rely on them for programs and/or maintaining their health and wellness. As the outcome of contracts for the Barossa Park Wellness Centre and Glenorchy Pool is still unknown, and the Glenorchy Centre to remain closed, we welcome members and visit pass holders to; transfer across to Clarence Aquatic Centre, or seek a refund for their outstanding fees and credits.
Swim school students from Barossa Park Wellness Centre are encouraged to contact Clarence Aquatic Centre YMCA to discuss what opportunities there may be to transferring across.
The YMCA of Hobart would like to thank everyone for their support through this difficult time.
