Pilates – A blend of strength & flexibility training that improves posture, reduces stress, and core stability.
Yoga – A class creating balance in the body through developing both strength and flexibility. Suitable for all fitness levels.
PrYme Active – Cardio & strength based activities for people new to exercise and particularly those 50+.
*Healthy Hearts – low to moderate intensity exercise program, developed by the Heart Foundation for people who are living with health conditions.
Stretch & Flex – Chair & standing based this class focuses on increasing strength & mobility of the joints to benefit your everyday living activities. Suitable for all abilities.
Tai Chi – a mind/body excercise for balance and confidence in moving. A relaxed and friendly class where you can learn routines to take into your everyday life.
Fusion Balance – A Fusion of Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and some cardio. Designed to lengthen, strengthen, release & energise. Transform yourself with Fusion Balance.

AquaFit (Aqua Aerobics) – This is a high energy workout to help you get fit and stay that way. It’s also great for muscle strength and endurance.
Aqua Zumba – Aqua Zumba incorporates dance and fitness moves and makes it fun for anyone who wants to exercise in the water. Accompanied by fun, upbeat music, Aqua Zumba makes exercising seem like a ‘pool party’. The Zumba program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Because of the resistance of the water the movements will be slower than they would be on land but they can still be just as intense.
- Wellness class entry does not include free use of pools.

Spa in the Programs Pool is always available regardless of Swim School or Private Bookings.
AquaFit: Programs Pool will not be available for leisure use during the AquaFit Classes – Aqua Fit Classes are on 8.30am Tues & Thurs
Exclusive Bookings: Programs Pool is not available during exclusive bookings time (25m pool will be open during these times)
Leisure: The full programs pool is available for use during leisure times.
Shared use: Pool space in the programs pool is shared with swim lessons
