3 x 30 Minute circuit training sessions a week for 6 weeks (Circuit 306)

Train with machine weights to awesome music tracks with a group of great people, all motivated to help each other get results. Your PT will be there to lead the group, keep the pace rolling and set individual goals.

When: Monday’s, Wednesday’s, Friday’s – Group A – 5.30pm, Group B – 6.00pm
