YMCA Bootcamps

Are a series of weekly sessions designed to make you fitter, stronger and healthier in the shortest time possible. Choose to join in any of the 8 sessions held weekly at either Y-Fitness indoor stadium or Functional Training Zone.

Two different Bootcamps…

The Challenge Bootcamp sessions are 1 hour and held in the YMCA Stadium.  The focus of these sessions are to build strength, power, endurance, stability and flexibility. There are 6 sessions per week

H.E.A.T. Bootcamp are 30-minute HIGH ENERGY ANAEROBIC TRAINING sessions held twice a week that Build strength, and power faster than ever before. Each 30min session uses the Functional Training Zone.

  • Bootcamps Membership (includes every session) – Only $15pw (for non-YMCA members)
  • YMCA Members Rate $5pw (additional to standard membership).
  • Casual Rate $10 per session
