HEAT Bootcamp

The H.E.A.T. Bootcamp is an ongoing program that you can join at any time, consisting of 2 x 30 min sessions per week.  In addition, you can join in the Challenge Bootcamp and enjoy similar results with up to 6 sessions per week.  Together, both the HEAT Bootcamp and Challenge Bootcamp gives you 8 sessions a week for only $19.99 per week for non-members or an additional $9.99 per week for members.  Non-Bootcamp members can attend any session for $10 per session.

(HIGH ENERGY ANAEROBIC TRAINING) Bootcamp Builds strength, power, endurance, stability and flexibility faster than ever before.  HEAT Bootcamp utilizes the YMCA’s new Functional Training Zone to work out your core stabilising muscles, while body sculpting in a way that is extremely effective – no matter what your fitness goals are.

Coordinated by our Functional Training PT’s, the program will help you reach a new level of strength and fitness that is transferable to every aspect of your life or to simply help you reach new levels.
