YMCA School Holidays – Kidz Fit is here!

Designed for kids aged 6-12 to have fun with a fitness obstacle course and challenging circuit. Great to keep kids active during the school holiday.

Coordinated by PT Jayden, the program also includes activities such as Box Fit, Functional Training, and Interval Training.

One hour sessions…

Monday 8th of October (10.30am-11.30am)
Wednesday 10th of October (10.30am-11.30am)

$10 per session.

Bring along…
A water bottle and wear comfortable clothes for sports with joggers.
