Seniors on the Move – Get Active Program

**New Seniors Class at Y-Fitness YMCA**

This is an exciting program for seniors who would like to try some different fitness activities but are not yet confident to just show up and join in a large class.

This class will also contain a theory and fitness component set to the wishes of the group and will include a healthy snack.

When: Every Wednesday 11am

Where: Y-Fitness – 8a Constance Ave Glenorchy

Cost: Gold coin donation
